- Beneficiation Process design for Coal, Iron, Manganese, Phosphorous, Copper, Gold, Bauxite, Barite, Chrome ore, Graphite, Vanadium, Quartz and Metal separation for Ferro-Chrome, Ferro-Manganese, Ferro-Silica Slags.
- Material handling process design that includes Coal or any Ore Handling plant including crushing & screening, material conveying, storage, loading and unloading systems.
- Complete Dedusting System design including ESP and Supply of Bag Filter & Cyclone.
- Basic Engineering of Process plants that includes, Flow sheet development, GA of plant and building, Key plan layout, Electrical SLD, Automation configuration diagram, P&ID, Piping route map.
- Detail Engineering that includes, Civil, Structural with STAD calculation, Piping engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation, Fire fighting system, etc.
- Any Brown Field Modification of existing Beneficiation, Crushing Screening, Material Handling and Dedusting plant.
- 3D Modeling of Equipment and Plant through latest IT Software
- Development of complete Automation System of the plant with SCADA software programing
- Stress Analysis with IBR, Pipe Network Analysis & Pressure Vessel Design, including 3D modeling
- Assistance in testing the ore from Internationally recognized laboratories
- Fire Fighting & Detecting System – Design & Detail Engineering
- Air Conditioning & Ventilation System – Design & Detail Engineering
- Topographical Survey & Soil Testing
- Expert Supervision during Erection and Commissioning of plants designed by us
- Preparation of proposal engineering that includes Flow Sheet Design, Developing equipment specification, Preparation of GA, Estimation of CAPEX and Estimation of OPEX and IRR calculation.
- KGS has signed a consortium agreement with JSC Titanium Institute, Ukraine and VEGA Instruments USA
- Objective is to provide complete Technology and Engineering Solutions for Extractive Metallurgy for the following:
- Titanium Slag – High grade
- Titanium Metal
- Gallium extraction from Mother Liquor
- Hafnium Recovery
- Zirconium Recovery
- Primary Technology will be provide by JSC Titanium Institute, Ukraine and the Instrumentations will be provided by Vega USA.
- KGS will provide complete Engineering for the entire plant.


- Activities are limited to Mini Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant & Pulverized Coal Injection.
- Training of Operating persons on BF Process, Burdening, Burden Distribution, Optimising Performance by monitoring & controlling of process parameters, Sinter Process, Optimising cost in BF, Sinter & PCI, Best Practices in Industry, Process Safety, Trouble shooting of Process related problems.
- Cost reduction opportunities – Study of the Process and identifying areas for Enhancing Performance without any major investment. Identification of opportunities for Cost Saving and active involvement in implementation.
- Small scale management of technical services- Managing (O&M) of facilities on behalf of OEMs (for example Raw Material Processing units, De-Sulphurisation Plants, Briquetting Plants etc). Providing trained technical staff for O&M services at site.
